From Surabaya: Mount Bromo 12-Hour Private Sunrise Trip

After being collected from your hotel or accommodation in Surabaya at 00:15 AM, embark on a 3-hour journey to reach the enchanting Mt. Bromo. Upon arrival in Cemoro Lawang, the sunrise rendezvous point, you will hop aboard a 4WD vehicle to commence your thrilling adventure. The road towards the magnificent and unique sunrise is bumpy but is certainly worth it. As you arrive to your destination you will need to have a short 10 minute walk before reaching Penanjakan, where you will witness one of the most beautiful sunrises of your life.

Following your sunrise experience is the trip towards the vast expanse called the Sea of Sand. You will embark on a 30 minute hike towards the summit of Mount Bromo where you will immerse yourself into fantastic, almost out of this world scenery of the crater, a sacred temple, the caldera and the beautiful nearby mountains with Mount Semeru, the tallest in Java.  After this monumental trip you will indulge in a delicious breakfast at a local restaurant and choose to either drive to Madakaripura waterfall or return directly to Surabaya city.
