Booking Procees

  • Q: How can I book your tours?
  • A: Find your preferred tour, select the date and number of people, click 'Book Now' and continue to the booking page. Click “Get The Invoice” button and your invoice is ready to processed. Your invoice will confirmed by our staff, and you will be given everything you need to confirm the tour.

 

Payment Procees

  • Q: How can I pay?
  • A: We use third-party payment service that has a world-class security system. You will not make any payment through our website. We accept bank transfer, debit/credit card, paypal or from your local internet banking for some countries.

  • A: As we use third-party payment service that has a world-class security system, your payment will remain secure.

 

Refunds

  • Q: How do the refund work?
  • A: It is possible to get full refund for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour start. The full refund only possible for DAY TRIP / TOUR. For our MULTI-DAY TRIP, we will apply 30% of penalty if there is cancellations made in the future.

 

Changes

  • Q: How do I make changes (or modify it) for the reservation after I made booking?
